Artist's Statement

Ann is an artist who combines materials such as paper, metal, plastic, fabric and threads using traditional and innovative techniques. She creates experimental art and works that are driven by her inner feelings and views on social issues. Her images are a mixture of abstraction and realism. She uses multiple layers of material to create three-dimensional effects with subtle colors and interesting textures that encourage the viewer to look deeper.
